(B) The IL-12 (Th1 cytokine)/IL-4 (Th2 cytokine) ratio with respect to the sample treatment in immunized splenocytes was calculated. IL-12 and IL-4 levels in cell culture supernatants were measured using ELISA. Data are expressed as the mean ± S.D. ^#p < 0.05, ^####p < 0.0001 compared with the normal group.
