The first two outermost circles illustrated forward and reverse coding sequences (CDS), with hypothetical genes labelled as the locus location. The CDS was supplemented with tRNAs (pink), rRNAs (light green), and tmRNAs (orange). The third middle circle represented the GC content (black), and the fourth inner circle represented the GC skew (dark green and pink). The fifth innermost circle showed the genome size (i.e., 2,268,931 bp).
