The cells were pretreated with various concentrations of hkRA in Aβ_25–35-treated SHSY5Y cells for 24 h. Expression levels of bax/bcl-2 (A) BDNF (B) PKC-δ (C) Nrf2 (D), and HO-1 (E) in Aβ_25–35-treated SH-SY5Y cells. Data are shown as the means±SD of three independent experiments in triplicate. One-way ANOVA/Tukey’s honestly significant difference analysis was performed.
