Fig. 4. Antimicrobial activity of Consti-Biome and Sensi-Biome supernatants against pathogens. The inhibition of (A, B) S. aureus and (C, D) E. coli were observed in untreated (Control) or treated with four different concentrations (5, 10, 20, 40%) cell free supernatant (CFS) of Consti-Biome and Sensi-Biome using optical density (OD) at 600 nm. (E, F) The growth inhibition ratio of two pathogens was compared between CFSs of Consti-Biome and Sensi-Biome. The values are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation. A significant difference from the control was indicated as, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, or ***p < 0.001.
