Fig. 3. Effects of GBPC on NO production by peritoneal macrophages of CY-treated mice. Cells were placed into the 96-well plate at 1 × 10⁶ cells/ml with LPS (1 μg/ml). The nitrite accumulation was determined by Griess reagent. A one-way ANOVA with a Tukey post-hoc test was performed for statistical analysis. Data are presented as the mean ± SD. Different letters (a, b, c, d, e, f, and g) indicate a significant difference (p < 0.05) between groups.
