Fig. 4. Comparison of RNA-dependent-RNA polymerase activities. The fluorescence emitted due to the synthesis of dsRNA in a reaction was recorded in the presence kanamycin (50 μM), ampicillin (50 μM), control (without antibiotics), NPP B1 (6 μM, 30 μM, 60 μM), or amphotericin B (50 μM). All assay measurements were performed at least in duplicate.
