Fig. 3. Treatment of Rg4 enhances the activation of PI3K/AKT/GSK3β signaling in 3D spheroid cultured HDP cells. DP cells were treated with Rg4 (20 and 50 μg/ml) for 48 h. The protein expression related (A) MAPK and (B) PI3K/ AKT/GSK3β signaling pathway was determined through immunoblotting assay. β-actin was used as a loading control. The bands were analyzed using the Image-J program and the date were presented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. Values of *p < 0.05 were considered to be statistically significant.
