Fig. 4. Inhibition of biofilm development using 96-well microtiter plate. Seventeen μg of purified JydB and Aeromonas sp. T3-4 were cultivated together in a 96-well microtiter plate for 12 h. Turbidity was measured at OD₆₀₀ prior the treatment with 0.1% crystal violet (black bars). Formation of biofilm was measured at OD₅₅₀ (gray bars). Heat inactivated JydB was used as control. All experiments were carried out in triplicates and data were exhibited as the mean ± the standard deviation. **p < 0.01.
