Cells were treated with heat-killed LGG or JW15 and stimulated with LPS for 24 h. Expressed protein levels of iNOS and COX-2 were determined with (A) immunoblots and (B and C) relative quantification of band intensity. Expressed mRNA levels of iNOS and COX-2 were determined with (D) agarose gel blotting and (E and F) relative quantification by normalization with β-actin.
