The API Kit (20NE) was used to measure the metabolic activities of PRM strains. The same results were obtained for all strains: NO3(-), TRP(-), GLU(ferment. -), URE(-), ESC(-), PNPG(-), ARA(-), MAL(-), ADI(-), PAC(-), GLU(+), MNE(+), NAM(+), NAG(+), GNT(+), CAP(+), MLT(+), CIT(+), OX(+).
